Recycled PVC Card (rPVC)
Premium durability with a reduced environmental footprint. RPVC is made using recycled PVC content, cutting the need for virgin plastic and lowering overall emissions. It offers the same stability, lifespan, print quality and surface finish as standard PVC — ideal for any long-term, high-use card programme. A reliable choice when you want sustainability without changing performance expectations.
PLA Card
Bio-based plastic made from renewable plants. PLA is derived from natural sources such as corn starch, reducing reliance on fossil fuels. It delivers good printability, vivid colours and a smooth premium texture. While not suitable for high-heat environments, PLA is compostable under industrial conditions and offers a visibly greener alternative to traditional plastics.
Degradable PVC (PET/PETG)
Designed to break down faster, without losing the familiar PVC feel This material uses a PEG-enhanced formulation that accelerates degradation under microbial and landfill conditions. It maintains the same toughness, flexibility and print quality as standard PVC — but leaves a smaller environmental legacy. A practical option for brands wanting sustainability within existing PVC workflows.
Paper Card
Our paper cards use FSC-certified, fibre-based stock sourced through audited supply chains and designed for clean, low-impact applications. They deliver excellent print clarity and a refined tactile feel, making them ideal for retail programmes, gift carriers, hotel key sleeves and short-term membership or event use. While not as durable as PVC, paper offers the most environmentally straightforward end-of-life pathway - fully recyclable, low in embodied carbon and easily integrated into existing fibre recovery streams.
Wood Card
A natural, renewable alternative to plastic. Wood cards use responsibly sourced timber and offer a warm, premium look that aligns strongly with sustainability goals. Available in bamboo, maple, walnut and other species, with laser engraving or full-colour print. A perfect eco-friendly upgrade for membership, hospitality or luxury branding programmes.

1. Share your project

2. We confirm spec & quote
We review your brief and suggest suitable materials, chips/magstripes and finishes for this application.
You’ll receive a clear, itemised quotation with lead time and options.
No obligation at this stage – you can adjust anything before going ahead.
3. Artwork / data approval
Upload your artwork files or let us tidy / set them up to print.
We send an e-proof (and physical sample if required for larger or repeat trade jobs) for your approval.
At this step we also confirm any encoding or personalisation details.
4. Production & delivery
Once you approve the proof and send PO/payment, we schedule production.
Our team keeps you updated and arranges shipping to one or multiple delivery points.
Re-orders are even simpler – we just reconfirm quantities, dates and any small changes.
